Location was marvellous - 15 minutes walk from St James' Church. The rooms where airy and light, guests are allowed to use multi-channel TV, a dining area and a sitting area. Emma made everything for all of us.

It had a peaceful setting next to the main attractions of the town, and Southport.

The place was located in a peaceful neighborhood, the host Emma was amazing, and I enjoyed having a bath with a view of the garden.

I stayed at this place for 7 nights and really enjoyed it; it is located in a very nice area in a peaceful neighborhood.

The apartment is located in an apartment block, so there may be some noise from neighboring units. The lack of a freezer or freezer compartment in the fridge was a downside, especially during hot weather.

We’ve just returned from a few days in Birkdale visiting family. The apartment at Grosvenor Lodge was perfect - spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The location was convenient for both Birkdale and the town center of Southport, which were easily within walking distance. This hidden gem is definitely where we'll stay again on our next visit.

During our recent stay at Grosvenor Lodge in Birkdale, we were impressed with the high standard of the apartment. The bright and airy Victorian property was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the town centre, beach, and pier. Birkdale Village also offered a variety of shops and dining options. the apartment provided great value compared to chain hotels, with the added benefit of freedom and space. We would not hesitate to book again in the future.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at Grosvenor Lodge Birkdale in Southport. The location was perfect, with Southport beach just a short distance away. We were also pleasantly surprised by how close the lodge was to golf courses, public transport, the village centre, and the train station. The host gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the room had everything we needed and the facilities were top-notch.

Located in a beautiful area of Southport, Grosvenor Lodge Birkdale is the perfect place for a family get-together. With stunning houses and a pretty village with plenty of shops nearby, there is plenty to explore. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provide a comfortable stay, and the allocated parking is a plus. Within walking distance, you can easily reach Southport beach or take a stroll along the coast to Ainsdale Beach. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, and the complimentary tea and coffee are a nice touch.

The noise from the apartment above can be a bit bothersome, especially when sitting in the lounge area.

The bedroom was incredibly spacious and had an amazing amount of drawer and hanging space. The kingsize bed was super comfy. The lounge/kitchen area was perfect for two people and had all the necessary equipment, including a full oven. The decor was tasteful and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Having an allocated parking space was really convenient. The location was great, just a pleasant 15-minute walk to the village centre and train station. It was also about a 15-minute walk to the sand dunes and coast road. Getting around by car was easy as it was just off the main road, and it was a quiet area at night. The whole neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The only downside was some noise from the apartment above, but it was only noticeable in the lounge, not the bedroom. We had some GREAT recommendations for eating out, and there were options for golfers as well. an amazing stay!
